Acoustic Café was inspired by life in the Canadian countryside and a deep love of nature. This collection of soothing instrumental music features all original compositions, blending expressive flute and warm acoustic guitar with piano, saxophone, bass, drums, and percussion. Each piece reflects the peaceful beauty of the natural landscape—open skies, quiet forests, and unhurried moments—inviting listeners to relax and unwind. The CD cover showcases a stunning six-colour woodcut by Canadian artist Janet Stahle-Fraser, perfectly capturing the organic spirit and warmth of the music within.
